When a company logo, agent photo, or customletter/report is added to the CMA function in CTI NavigatorDesktop, theprogram will attempt to find the saved logo, photo or report file foruse each time the CMA function is opened. If a "file not found"or "invalid file" error displays when opening the CMA function, look at the path in the errormessage and the file name at the end of the error message for the locationand name of the file that cannot be found (or cannot be opened).
Note 2: Where instructions refer to YourMLScode,substitute CTI's 3-letter code for your local MLS. This code can bedetermined by opening the CTI Navigator login screen and clicking the Setupbutton. If you have many adjustments in your CMA Library that you don't want to lose, you can open the AdjLibrary.txt file, and manually delete the corrupted portion. Double-clicking on the file name in Windows opens the file for viewing and editing in Notepad. If there are two adjustments with the same name, delete one and then save the file.
Note 5: To save changes to a program file in Windows 7 or Vista with User Account Control (UAC) enabled (the default setting), you first need to open Notepad with "run as administrator" privileges, and then browse to and open CTI Navigator's version.ini file from inside Notepad (use File > Open > Look-In). Otherwise, disable UAC and restart Windows before attempting to change a file in CTI Navigator.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently selected Noridian Healthcare Solutions to continue as its Part A and Part B Medicare Administrative Contractor for Jurisdiction E (JE) after an open competitive procurement process. This means that Noridian will continue to process claims for California, Nevada, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands. Jurisdiction E serves 118,765 physicians and over 440 hospitals and represents nearly 10% of the national Medicare Part A and B claims volume.
Mac users sometimes have to minimize all opened programs to view their desktops or access on-screen files. It's not the case with Windows users, because they can use keyboard shortcuts or move the cursor to the bottom-right of the screen to hide all windows.
